The Caribbean Institute of Directors (CIoD) is a professional body dedicated to promoting excellence in corporate governance and enhancing the credibility of directorship as a profession. Its membership spans the full spectrum of directors, from large public companies to small private firms, cooperatives, foundations, and government agencies; reflecting its broad commitment to strengthening governance across all sectors.
