And aims to equip its members with the specialized knowledge in corporate governance and related issues that affect the quality of their key decisions (especially long-term strategy), the safeguarding of assets and the working relationships among board members, seniors managers and selected stakeholders. The Institute promotes cooperation and awareness on corporate governance matters through various training programs, international & national conferences, and a wide range of publications.
